Area in which NGOs can participate

Area in which Corporate Houses, Industrial Houses, NGOs and NRIs can participate:

i) Construction/repair & maintenance of school building/ classrooms/laboratories in the school;
ii) Construction/ repair & maintenance of toilets in the schools;
iii) Construction of library;
iv) Books for library;
v) IT equipment like smart class rooms, computers or any other IT infrastructure. The hardware should be preloaded with latest standards and updated software. (Used and substandard equipments are not recommended to be installed in schools);
vi) Repair and maintenance/ up-gradation of the material provided by them in the school for the betterment of learning environment;
vii) Sports equipment/material and also may maintain the play ground;
viii) Furniture for students;
ix) Uniforms and text-books to the students of the schools;
x) Stationery like note books, pen, pencils;
xi) Science laboratory equipments;
xii) Teaching Learning Material;
xiii) Portable drinking water facility/Water purifier/RO/water coolers, etc.
xiv) Green Boards/White Boars/Sign Boards/ Notice Boards, etc.
xv) Sound System and School Band;
xvi) Multipurpose activity room (for the development of creative skills of students like music, dance, making soft toys, art & craft work, reading and writing skills, etc. );
xvii) Any other as per the need of school.
