General terms and conditions 

i) The SMC will ensure to contribute 60% (in the form of in cash or kind) as per the budget shown in School Development Plan (SDP).
ii) No commercial activity will be allowed inside the school campus.
iii) During the implementation of the School Development Plan, the SDC shall take care of the studies of the students.
iv) It will be the responsibility of the SDC to maintain and ensure the optimal utilization of the infrastructure for the betterment of students.
v) The Principal/Head of the Institution shall display on board the extent of donation/services rendered by different donors.
vi) Any item/ material provided by Corporate Houses/ Industrial Houses/NGOs/ NRIs will become the property of School. Corporate Houses/ Industrial Houses/NGOs/ NRIs cannot claim the ownership over the items supplied.
vii) Teacher Training: Teacher training and onsite support are very crucial for the success of a Smart School. The capacity of smart school teachers will be enhanced on various aspects including:
 Digital education
 Use of multimedia technology
 Use of e-content in the classrooms
 Soft skills/ behavioural  change training
 School leadership training to the school heads
